The Makers Global: Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy describes tconditions under which you can cancel your
services with The Makers Global ("Services"). This policy applies to all Services offered by The
Makers Global, including but not limited to:

  • Platform subscriptions

  • Consulting services

  • Training programs

  • Events

1. Cancellations Prior to Service Start
Full Refund: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you do so before the Service
start date. This applies to all Services.


Partial Refund: Depending on the Service, you may be eligible for a partial refund if you cancel
after the Service start date but before the Service is fully delivered.
Consulting services: A 50% refund will be issued if cancelled at least 48 hours before the
scheduled service.


Training programs: A 75% refund will be issued if cancelled at least 14 days before the program
start date.


Events: No refunds will be issued for event cancellations within 7 days of the event date.


2. Cancellations After Service Start
No Refund: Generally, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after the Service has already
started.


3. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, The Makers Global may, at its sole discretion, offer a full or partial
refund even if the cancellation does not meet the above criteria.


4. How to Cancel
To cancel your Service, please contact The Makers Global support team at info@themakers.global.
Be sure to include your name, contact information, and the details of your Service in your
cancellation request.


5. Additional Information
This Cancellation Policy does not apply to any products or services sold by third parties through
The Makers Global Platform.

 


The Makers Global reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes
will be communicated through our website or directly to affected users.
